Exchange & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Sizing Exchange Guarantee

We recognize that school students experience rapid growth spurts. If a uniform garment does not fit as expected upon delivery, STITCHNOVA provides a 7-day hassle-free sizing exchange:

• Garments must be in original unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
• Exchange requests can be initiated directly via our WhatsApp Helpline (+91 98765 43210) or by emailing care@stitchnova.com with your Order Number.
• Replacement sizes will be handed over directly at the school counter or via courier exchange.

2. Manufacturing Defect Replacements

Any uniform garment delivered with a stitching defect, torn seam, or broken button will be replaced free of charge within 14 days of receipt.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before payment verification or cutting initiation. Upon verified cancellation, full refunds are processed back to the original UPI payment account within 3 to 5 business days.
