1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the school uniform ordering platform provided by STITCHNOVA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U18101DL2024PTC000000), including our public website, ordering application, and related institutional delivery services.
2. Sizing and Custom Specifications
School uniforms are manufactured to standardized educational measurement standards and school-specific crest guidelines. Parents and guardians must refer to published sizing charts before order finalization. Custom monogrammed school apparel is produced per institutional agreements.
3. Direct UPI Zero-Fee Payments
Payments are processed via Unified Payments Interface (UPI) with no additional surcharge. Customers are required to provide an authentic 12-digit UTR transaction reference generated by their payment application for reconciliation. Orders are approved and moved to production upon administrative bank statement confirmation.
4. Campus & Doorstep Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on academic calendar intake periods. Campus deliveries are dispatched directly to the school administration counter. Residential shipments are dispatched via tracked courier partners.
